Hi, I’m Delcie Michaels, Registered Nurse and your friendly face at ThrIVe Wheeling!

I graduated from Washington Hospital School of Nursing and will begin my Bachelor of Science in Nursing this March. Over the years I’ve cared for patients in the hospital, primary care, and hospice settings. Each chapter taught me something valuable, but my heart has always belonged to aesthetics.

In 2026 that dream finally became reality when I officially joined the ThrIVe family.
I’m certified in Botox, dermal fillers, and chemical peels through the American Association of Aesthetic Medicine and Surgery, and I’m constantly chasing more education so I can keep bringing you the safest, most advanced treatments available.

What you’ll notice first is how comfortable you feel with me. I’m warm, empathetic, and a great listener. I genuinely love connecting with people and making sure you feel seen, understood, and completely at ease from the moment you walk in.

My biggest motivation? Helping you stop waiting to feel confident “one day” and start feeling amazing right now. Aesthetic nursing lets me help people see themselves differently—in the best possible way—and that lights me up every single day!

When I’m not in the treatment room you’ll probably find me in the sauna (especially on these cold West Virginia days), lifting weights, or geeking out over the latest ZO Skin Health products. My current favorites are the ZO Complexion Renewal Pads and Skinade—both keep my skin glowing even through winter.

I’m also deeply passionate about women’s strength—both inside and out. I just completed my ISSA certification to lead fitness classes and train others, and I’m wrapping up my nutrition certification now. I believe every woman deserves to feel strong, capable, and confident in her own skin, and I love being part of that journey whether it’s through a workout, a treatment, or just a good conversation.

I’m so grateful to God, my family, and my incredible support system for cheering me on every step of the way. They remind me daily to trust the process and give everything my whole heart.
