Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Med Spa Client Care Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our med spa services. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, assisting them with scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and providing detailed information about our treatments and procedures. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering top-notch client experiences.

Responsibilities:

– Serve as the main point of contact for clients, both in person and over the phone, providing prompt and courteous assistance at all times.

– Schedule appointments for clients, ensuring efficient utilization of med spa resources and maintaining accurate records of appointments.

– Educate clients about our med spa treatments, procedures, and products, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

– Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our service offerings, pricing, and promotional offers to effectively communicate with clients.

– Collaborate with the med spa team to ensure seamless coordination of client care, including coordinating treatment plans and following up on client progress.

– Manage client intake forms, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is collected to support personalized treatment plans.

– Assist with administrative tasks, such as managing client records, processing payments, and maintaining inventory of med spa products.

– Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and provide feedback to the management team for continuous improvement.

– Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere for clients.

Requirements:

– High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service or healthcare administration is a plus.

– Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the healthcare or beauty industry.

– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients from diverse backgrounds.

– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

– Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including scheduling and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.

– Knowledge of med spa treatments, procedures, and products is desirable.

– Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.

Job Title: Inside Sales Representative – Med Spa Call Center

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our busy Med Spa + Call Center. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth by effectively promoting our services and products to potential customers. Your goal will be to build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions that meet their expectations.

Responsibilities:

– Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients, effectively promoting our services and products.

– Build rapport with customers and provide exceptional customer service.

– Conduct needs assessments to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate treatments or products.

– Explain the benefits and features of our services, addressing any customer concerns or objections.

– Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives on a consistent basis.

– Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.

– Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, to match client goals

IV TECHS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Aseptic technique during IV initiation and IM shots, maintenance, & discontinuation.
  • Assist clinical staff in daily duties.
  • Stock medical supplies.
  • Handling/Assisting in the handling of medical situations/emergencies.
  • Following directives and standing orders.
  • Reports to Nurse Practitioner on duty. Works under the direction of our Medical Director and Spa Manager.

 
Essential skills leading to success in this position:

  • Current or Prior Paramedic, RN, LPN, or Phlebotomy certification, in good standing. Minimum 2-years experience IV initiation.
  • Very high level of hospitality and customer service.

Starting wage:

Part Time – $15.00/hour

Full Time – $18.00/hour and up – works Wednesday-Sunday

 

Board Certified Adult family medicine/ER Nurse Practitioner with 3 year work experience/ability to practice independently.

This position will utilize the IV infusion nursing process/skills to deliver intravenous vitamins, minerals and amino acids, as well as injections such as B12, Glutathione, Vitamin C. IV vitamin therapy is administered to customers who schedule appointments or walk in. Managing blood draw procedures, and dermatology procedures/evaluations are also an important part of this role. The provider within this position will be highly effective at supporting our clients in having an experience that enhances their overall health and well-being.

ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • All responsibilities of SPA Partners AND IV Techs, as listed above.
  • Reviewing medical history/evaluate for desired treatment.
  • Recommending/delegating appropriate services.
  • Vital signs
  • Mix IV infusions/vitamins/minerals/antioxidants.
  • Providing vitamin shots, starting/finishing IV
  • Stock and maintain medical supplies, ordering, and check expiration dates.
  • Client call backs
  • Communicate with and educate clients about their customized treatments.
  • Communicate with physician/medical director, as required by law.
  • Be prepared and function in the heat of an emergency and act according to protocol.
  • Provide excellent client care and build rapport with clients.
  • Aseptic technique during IV initiation, maintenance, & discontinuation.
  • Following directives and standing orders.
  • Complete all daily documentation before leaving.
  • All other duties as assigned by SPA Manager/Medical Director.
  • Learn our devices and approve clients and protocols for peels, laser, nitrogen plasma, laser hair removal, laser lipolysis, and other procedure approval
  • Learn or have experience with neurotoxin and/or filler
  • Able to work in cooperation with other team members, while functioning as on-site medical leader. Works under the direction of our Medical Director and Spa Manager.

 
Essential skills leading to success in this position:

  • Must have current license and certification.
  • Very high level of accuracy during IV placement – minimum one-year experience. ER or ICU experience is a PLUS!
  • Must be efficient, professional leader, with good communication skills and a passion for health and wellness.
  • Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with ease.
  • Multi-tasks with ease.
  • SPA presence (calming demeanor, soft tone, cool head) with high-level initiative, engagement and results.

Less than 20 hours per week (job-oriented): $50/hour – MUST BE independent.
