Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Med Spa Client Care Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our med spa services. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, assisting them with scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and providing detailed information about our treatments and procedures. Responsibilities:
– Serve as the main point of contact for clients, both in person and over the phone, providing prompt and courteous assistance at all times.

Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service or healthcare administration is a plus.
– Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the healthcare or beauty industry.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients from diverse backgrounds.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description: Med Spa Inside Sales Consultant
Position Title: Inside Sales Consultant – Med Spa

Position Overview:
The Inside Sales Consultant at a Med Spa plays a key role in driving sales, generating leads, and providing exceptional customer service to clients both over the phone and through in-person interactions. The primary responsibility of this role is to convert inquiries into booked appointments, educate potential clients on the spa’s services and products, and meet or exceed individual sales targets. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for the beauty and wellness industry, strong sales abilities, and a customer-centric mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Appointment Scheduling:
- Respond to inbound inquiries from prospective clients through phone calls, emails, and online chats.
- Qualify leads and convert them into scheduled appointments for consultations or treatments.
- Follow up with leads that have shown interest but have not yet booked an appointment, nurturing relationships through follow-up calls and emails.
- Use the spa’s CRM system to manage and track lead data, ensuring timely follow-up and proper lead nurturing.
2. Product & Service Education:
- Provide accurate and detailed information to potential clients about available treatments (e.g., Botox, laser skin treatments, facials, body contouring) and retail products (e.g., skincare, supplements).
- Help clients understand the benefits of choosing ThrIVe, our services, recommend packages, and address any concerns or questions they may have.
- Ensure clients are aware of seasonal promotions, membership offerings, and service upgrades.
- Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care for a better overall experience.
3. Sales & Revenue Generation:
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the management team for services, treatments, and retail products.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional services, treatment packages, or products to maximize revenue per client.
- Effectively close sales during consultations or follow-up calls, ensuring the client is fully booked for treatments or products.
- Track and report on personal sales performance and progress toward goals.
4. Client Relationship Management:
- Build rapport with clients, ensuring a positive experience from the first contact to post-treatment follow-ups.
- Maintain an understanding of client preferences, purchase history, and needs to tailor offerings and recommendations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Encourage repeat business by promoting loyalty programs and upcoming promotions.
5. CRM & Administrative Duties:
- Update and maintain client records in the spa’s CRM system, ensuring all client information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Track appointments, sales, and leads effectively to maintain a well-organized pipeline.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, confirming appointments, and processing payments when needed.
- Monitor and manage online review platforms to ensure a positive online presence and address client feedback.
6. Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales and spa teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services.
- Assist in promoting new services or treatments by actively participating in team meetings or brainstorming sessions.
- Share customer feedback and insights with the management team to enhance the overall client experience.
7. Continuous Learning & Improvement:
- Stay current with industry trends, new services, treatments, and products.
- Participate in sales training, product training, and other learning opportunities to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance overall sales strategies and client outreach efforts.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a beauty, wellness, or medical spa setting.
- Experience in inside sales, telesales, or telemarketing is highly preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to talk with anyone easily and readily. Shy people need not apply.
- Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to build rapport quickly with clients.

Board Certified Adult family medicine/ER Nurse Practitioner with 3 year work experience/ability to practice independently.
This position will utilize the IV infusion nursing process/skills to deliver intravenous vitamins, minerals and amino acids, as well as injections such as B12, Glutathione, Vitamin C. IV vitamin therapy is administered to customers who schedule appointments or walk in. Managing blood draw procedures, and dermatology procedures/evaluations are also an important part of this role. The provider within this position will be highly effective at supporting our clients in having an experience that enhances their overall health and well-being.
ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- All responsibilities of SPA Partners AND IV Techs, as listed above.
- Reviewing medical history/evaluate for desired treatment.
- Recommending/delegating appropriate services.
- Vital signs
- Mix IV infusions/vitamins/minerals/antioxidants.

- Able to work in cooperation with other team members, while functioning as on-site medical leader. Works under the direction of our Medical Director and Spa Manager.

- Must have current license and certification.
- Very high level of accuracy during IV placement – minimum one-year experience. ER or ICU experience is a PLUS!
