Throughout your series of treatments, you should:
- Stay well hydrated by drinking extra water, starting at least a week before your first treatment.
- Minimize the amount of alcohol, carbs, and sugar in your diet. Add extra protein to your meals.
- At least twice a week, exercise for 20 to 30 minutes.
Aftercare Instructions
- Twice a day, apply ALASTIN transFORM, or the product recommended by our providers, to the treatment area. Thoroughly massage it into your skin.
- Drink Skinade every day to supplement your body’s collagen levels and improve your skin’s texture and tone.
- Keep moving and stay active to encourage healthy lymphatic drainage.
What to Expect
After having you recline or lie down comfortably in one of our chairs, we’ll place the Emsculpt paddle on the treatment area. Next, we’ll adjust the device’s settings according to your treatment plan.
The paddle will heat your body while simultaneously contracting your muscles. These muscle contractions will come in stages; as the paddle warms up and prepares your muscles, the contractions will be shorter and lighter.
